Mr. Kostakis Konstantinou from Cyprus contacted www.ww2wrecks.com with the intention to find out information on a RAF aircraft, which crashed in Cyprus, possibly during WW2.

The crashed aircraft parts were found close to Akamas, on the western tip of Cyprus

According to Mr. Konstantinou, those parts were found close to Akamas and it is said that a RAF aircraft crashed there during WW2.

Unfortunately, no numbers appear on any of the parts recovered, thus making its identification a difficult task.

Does anyone have information on any crashed aircraft in Cyprus?
